What is Family SHADE?
Family SHADE stands for the Family Support and Healthcare Alliance Delaware. It is an alliance of organizations, agencies, and families committed to working together. Family SHADE has one goal: to improve the quality of life for children with special health care needs and their families. Whether parents, caregivers, or those who provide support services for children are looking for a provider or a program, Family SHADE has it.

in areas such as Community Life, Education, Diagnosis, and Early Childhood - Helps you find out about events and activities

An organization that works to inform, educate, and advocate to improve outcomes for children with disabilities, providing information, individual assistance, and training to parents.
Delaware Family Voices
A nonprofit organization offering help and information from parents whose children have been diagnosed with a disability.

An organization that addresses unmet needs of people with developmental disabilities through advocacy, planning, and demonstration projects.
