We received a referral from Beebe Hospital to connect a pregnant woman with home visiting services. We called her mom and got all the important information to connect her with the appropriate home visiting program. We referred her to Nurse Family Partnership. This is her first pregnancy, and she is 21 weeks. When we followed up, she let us know that being involved with Nurse Family Partnership is going really well and she has a good connection with her nurse. She has had two visits so far and is looking forward to her next one.
