Jennifer Fromme, senior child development specialist. Jennifer has been with Help Me Grow/Delaware 2-1-1 for 13 years. She is a graduate of the University of Delaware, where she studied child and adolescent development. When Help Me Grow (HMG) launched in 2012, Jennifer transitioned to become an HMG child development specialist.

 

Over the years, the HMG team has forged great relationships with the various home visiting programs. Keeping everyone in the loop on clients is very important. We love getting the monthly updates from Asia Summers, CFF Healthy Families Delaware and Marneda Bailey, and CFF Nurse Family Partnership. It lets us know where the clients are in the program and can assist us when we speak to them for follow-up. We understand it can be hard to get in touch with clients; however, we have some good numbers to report for January – August 2021:
