Tap Into What’s New: Home Visiting Just Got an Upgrade

We’re excited to share new updates to the DE Thrives website, with the goal of making information easier to access and more helpful for both families and providers.

Updates to the Consumer Pages include:

• A clearer page layout that makes it easier to explore what home visiting is and how it works.
• New resources such as the Delaware Home Visiting Journey Map, a glossary of home visiting titles and acronyms, and quick access to the referral form.
• Real family stories and Family Support Specialist testimonials that highlight the impact of home visiting.

Updates to the Providers and Community Partners include:

• An extensive reorganization and restructuring of the provider page to consolidate information and make it clearer.
• The addition of a one-sheet Journey Map and a more prominent referral form.
• A direct link to the Delaware Family Support Hub app — now available on the App Store and Google Play.
• New sections featuring the Home Visiting Community Advisory Board (HVCAB) and Delaware Multisystem Healthy Action Committee (MSHAC), plus past event information and resources.
