Successful Family Engagement and More!

The UD Home Visiting team hosted a wonderful socialization event at Carousel Park. Crystal Wilson led and organized the event. Congratulations to her for a great job! We had a wonderful turnout and were so happy to see families connecting and enjoying time together outdoors. Our team even provided transportation for a family that didn’t have access to a bus route, ensuring everyone could participate. Enrolled families enjoyed fun activities and lunch together, making it a great day of connection and community. We had a total of 19 participants. We are also very proud to share that one of our enrolled parents recently joined the Early Childhood Program at Del Tech! With Lori Keller’s support—who not only guided her through the enrollment process but also accompanied her to apply for financial assistance—this parent is taking an inspiring step toward her educational and career goals. Congratulations to her on this wonderful achievement!
