<p>PAT NCC is preparing to close out this program year and gear up for 2025-2026.</p>
<p>Recently, Tamara Hackett-Swain and Krystal Grubjesic traveled to Legislative Hall to witness and celebrate the proclamation and resolution recognizing National Home Visiting Week in the state of Delaware.</p>
<p>Krystal Grubjesic and Barbara Berganzo will present at the Annual PAT Conference this fall. The workshop will be offered to attendees in Spanish and will cover supporting families experiencing intimate partner violence.</p>
<p>Playgroups in Wilmington and Bear will continue through May.</p>
<p>The longer days and nicer weather are providing opportunities to meet with families for outdoor visits.</p>
