Meet Elise Harry, Practice Engagement Manager at Quality Insights

Elise Harry brings over a decade of experience in case management and advocacy to her role at Quality Insights. She previously served as a victim advocate and an HIV medical case manager, supporting individuals and families through complex health and social challenges. Elise is passionate about building relationships and driving meaningful improvements in community health, and she is excited to return to the community space through her current work.

As a practice engagement manager at Quality Insights, Elise now oversees a diverse portfolio of state-based initiatives, including maternal health Community Health Worker (CHW) programs and home visiting services. She also leads immunization initiatives focused on increasing vaccine uptake and reporting through HPV vaccination quality improvement, Immunization Quality Improvement Program (IQIP) visits, and Immunization Information System (IIS) training. Elise mentors staff, ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget, and works closely with clinical practices and community organizations to achieve public health goals. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Arcadia University.
