Developed in collaboration with Melissa Pitts, Account Executive, and the TAPP team, this toolkit serves as a comprehensive reference guide containing a wide range of essential resources and tools to support Family Support Specialists in your day-to-day work. To enhance accessibility, all resources listed in the toolkit are also available through the Delaware Family Support Hub app. This ensures that staff can easily access materials while in the field, between visits, or working remotely — eliminating the need for printed copies or bookmarked files.
