Home Visiting Program Supervisor and Administrator Portal

We’re excited to have launched a new Program Supervisor and Administrator Portal that gives supervisors and program administrators a single place to manage staff, submit reports, and track training across the state.

The portal can be accessed at defamilysupporthub.org/portal. Supervisors can now log in to view their staff roster, see training completion status for each Family Support Specialist they oversee, and access program resources without needing to navigate multiple systems.

One of the portal’s most significant features is its statewide monthly reporting tool. Local implementing agency administrators can submit monthly activity reports directly through the portal, using structured forms with built-in autosave; upload supporting documents; and view their full submission history. On the data side, DPH now has real-time dashboards that provide insight into training completion, staff engagement, certification status, and contract compliance across all local programs statewide. These dashboards also support data export for state and federal reporting requirements, making it easier to demonstrate program impact and meet grant obligations.

The portal is part of a broader technology modernization effort that includes the Delaware Family Support Hub mobile and desktop app, an integrated Learning Management System, and upcoming features for program administrator access.
