Home Visiting Champion of the Quarter

I would like to nominate Kristi Gamuciello-Smith. She is the assistant program manager, a wife, and a mom of at least six kids — and anyone else who enters her home. She was a rock star prior to COVID-19, and during the pandemic, she’s been a rock of support for home visitors and families alike. She carries a caseload, does reflective supervision, assists in monitoring, supports all staff, trains new staff, and more to support the mission and vision of the PAT program here at DECC. She never blinked at what needed to be done to take care of the families and home visitors. She champions our program, and we couldn’t do what we all do without her. Kristi works tireless hours to make sure all home visitors are supported and have the tools they need to be successful! Thank you, Kristi, for being who you are and doing what you do each day to make all of us better!
