HELP ME GROW: The One Resource Every Parent and Caregiver Should Know

A new baby at home can be exciting, happy, overwhelming, and tiring all at once. Every day will be a new challenge. Every day will be a new learning experience. Through it all, there is one thing that every parent should know. That is Help Me Grow.

Help Me Grow 2-1-1 is a resource for support, for services, and for helpful information about your growing child. It can be scary to think about caring for a newborn baby. At one (or multiple) points of time, every new parent will question, “Am I doing this right?” Parents, grandparents, extended family, or any other caregiver in a child’s life can dial 2-1-1 to speak to a professional on the other end. Friendly, trained staff is available to answer your questions and connect you to services that help you find out if your child’s growth is on the right track.

Help Me Grow can answer almost all parenting questions that you may have. If you are concerned about the right time to start solid foods or if you are not sure when your child should start school, a call to Help Me Grow will give you a reliable answer.

Do not let uncertainty get in the way of being the best parent you can be. You should be able to enjoy watching your little one grow. Help Me Grow is free, confidential, and easy to remember. So, when you are sitting at home with the little one and not sure if you’re caring for your child in the best possible way, we encourage you to pick up the phone and dial 211!
