Delaware Multisystem Healthy Action Committee (MSHAC)

The charge of MSHAC is to plan how to better serve individuals and families affected by a substance use disorder through a multiagency approach. Meeting agenda topics have included sharing resources and educational materials, providing updates from local treatment providers, coordinating services and referrals, offering guidance on using the DFS reporting hotline, discussing relevant state legislation, and reviewing specific substance use disorder cases within various agencies. 

MSHAC meetings for all three counties are held virtually via Microsoft Teams. If you would like more information or would like to get involved with MSHAC, please reach out to the contacts below:

Kent County meeting dates for the remainder of 2025:

  • Wednesday, June 4, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. — presenter will be Ama Amponsah with the Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence
  • Wednesday, September 3, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, December 3, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
