But the real success story isn’t just in the numbers. Family Support Specialists are returning to the platform regularly because it helps them serve families better. When a question arises during a home visit, they can access centralized resources immediately. When they need peer support or want to share a successful strategy, real-time messaging connects them with colleagues across the state. The Hub has become a trusted partner in their daily work, reducing time spent searching for information and increasing time spent with families.

Engagement increased steadily throughout 2025, indicating the platform has moved beyond initial training to become integrated into everyday practice. Family Support Specialists use the Hub both for routine resource access and during structured program activities, demonstrating its value across different work contexts.

Looking ahead to 2026, priorities include continued engagement during training and events, reinforcing supervisor support, and encouraging the consistent everyday use that makes a real difference for Delaware families.
