In late September, we hosted the Annual NDEHS Health Fair at DECC! This year featured the Food Bank’s mobile unit and on-site car seat fittings provided by Theresa Mast.
In October, Christine Olley and Theresa Mast represented DECC PAT at the Parents as Teachers Annual Conference in San Diego. They led a full-day session on brain development (Building Strong Minds) and connected with PAT home visitors from around the world.

On Nov. 8, our staff joined PAT home visitors from across Delaware for a day of fun to celebrate 40 incredible years of Parents as Teachers.
