Marisol Martinez wears many hats at Delaware Early Childhood Center (DECC), serving as a parent educator with Parents as Teachers and a family service worker for the EHS First Start DE Childcare Partnership. Her dedication shines through in everything she does!

Marisol is always ready to lend a helping hand, whether it’s assisting with translations, planning engaging events, or creating meaningful family engagement opportunities. She consistently provides top-notch services to children and families while fostering collaboration and new partnerships across all DECC programs.

Her exceptional communication skills and unwavering support make a difference for everyone she works with. Marisol was also October’s Employee of the Month. We’re incredibly fortunate to have her on our team.
