ChristianaCare Health Ambassadors on the Go!

The ChristianaCare Health Ambassadors are always on the go to help families any way they can. Breanna Thomas has been active with tabling community events to provide outreach to educate families and community members about the program. They did a backpack giveaway and provided outreach at the New Castle County Farmers’ Market and a vaccination event. The Health Ambassadors continue meeting one on one with other community members to learn about resources they may be able to provide to the families. After the huge storm in New Castle County, many families experienced flooding. The Health Ambassadors were there to help these families and provide resources during this stressful time. Kudos to this amazing team for all they do for the community!
