Each year at the summit, DHMIC honors an individual or organization that works tirelessly for the well-being of mothers, children, and the entire community by advancing health equity. If you know an individual or organization that always goes that extra mile to ensure that access to better health is inclusive and within reach for all Delawareans - regardless of race, income, or socioeconomic status - nominate them today.
