La Red Health Center (LRHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center providing quality care to diverse members of our community. The center offers primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, behavioral health services, dental care, prenatal services, 340B pharmacy program, and case management, helping to reduce barriers to care for high-risk women. LRHC recently introduced virtual visits to enhance its delivery of care, while also allowing women to be screened for depression, intimate partner violence, hypertension, substance misuse, and other issues.

Delaware Perinatal Quality Collaborative (DPQC) Implicit Bias
DPQC is an organization focused on decreasing infant and maternal morbidity and mortality. Its members include consumer advocates as well as representatives from every Delaware hospital, the Birth Center, and A.I.’s Special Delivery Unit — plus a CDC-appointed epidemiologist, along with concerned multidisciplinary health care providers. Participating members also come from DHMIC, Delaware Division of Public Health, Child Death Review Commission (MMR and FIMR), ACOG, AWHONN, AAP, AAFM, the Delaware Hospital Association, and the Midwifery Council.
