Healthy Women, Healthy Babies: Year 1 Evaluation Report

This evaluation from Delaware Health and Social Services helps you understand the issues that impact them — such as mental and physical health, lifestyles and relationships, pregnancy prevention, financial stability, and father involvement — and reports on the outcomes of nearly 500 participants.
