If you are pregnant, might be pregnant, or are trying to get pregnant STOP using alcohol and drugs. Even if you are having sex without using birth control, STOP using alcohol and drugs. If you do not feel safe in your relationship or at home for any reason, you can get help! For free help, call the Delaware Helpline at 1-800-464-HELP or dial 2-1-1. The Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence offers a 24-hour domestic violence hotline. If you live in Kent and Sussex Counties, call 302-422-8058. If you live in New Castle County, call 302-762-6110. If you live in Northern Kent County, call 302-678-3886.
