The nomination deadline for the 2014 Delaware Healthy Mother and Infant (DHMIC) Health Equity Awards is fast approaching. But, you still have time to nominate someone or an organization you believe should be recognized for their contribution to promoting health equity and eliminating health disparity.

When will winners be picked?
Winners will be announced at the DHMIC Annual Summit in April. Finalists and nominators will be notified in the weeks before the annual summit.
